note: man, i never realized how many builds of opera have piled up over the past 6 months.... i came across this page over at xda and was shocked - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=486502

i'm assuming the highest number isn't always the best or newest since they came off of different phones. after glancing through some pages, it seems people say the omnia builds are the speediest - so the one you posted must be one of the more popular builds. is there a reason why you posted this particular build?
here are instructions to move the opera cache to internal storage.

1. open opera, clear out the address bar and type opera:config, hit enter
2. on the next page, scroll down to user prefs, select it
3. scroll down to cache directory4, change \windows\ to \internal storage\ (just change this part only).
4. scroll to the very bottom, hit save and wait for it to save. then exit opera.

when you open opera now, all cache will be saved to your internal storage. there will be a folder called opera9 listed now. additionally you can install cleartemps which you can use to free up cache for various programs including opera, ie, livesearch, googlemaps, etc. good luck.

also, regarding the opera versions, its not always the case that the higher number is better although most show improvements. I have found 15613 to be my favorite but that's just my opinion.
