If I disable the automated speach recognition, the cyberon speed dial does not work. If I enable the ASR the cyberon speed dial still doesn't work. The program is there and I can go to the contacts and record voice tags but when I try to dial, the ASR activates instead of the speed dial. I had thought that if I disabled the ASR then the speed dial would work but it doesn't. This is what I have done:

Disable ASR
Install Cyberon Voice Speed Dial --> Speed dial will not activate
Enable ASR --> ASR activates instead of Cyberon Voice Speed Dial
