Just FYI. The issue with disabling HTC dialer and in-call volume is a known issue with both WM6.1 and 6.5 . There is a fix out there...search it as i dont have time sorry...but the fix cannot be reversed once installed. Quick search right now (cant help but be helpful sometimes) and the cab is below. Good luck as i havent tried this myself.
