I came across a set of Windows 7 Icon png files which I believe is the largest and most current to date. I converted the PNGs to icons formatted at 128x128, 72x72, 48x48, 32x32, 24x24, and 16x16. Included in the download are the png and ico files. Special thanks to NhatPG at deviantART for the original Windows 7 rip.
