I got the Answer... when I went to the sprint store today,
I pushed back a little and said this is a known issues, and widely reported on the web.

The manager overheard this and dug a little deeper, He asked his other worker that had the original "Touch" if it happend to him and he said yes.. he asked him if he knew the cause and he said "Heat" ... I *THINK* he called HTC about it, but they said they won't do anything about it and it is a "Pressure issue", he offered to give me a call once any other TouchPro's with good Screens come in and he would replace the screen for me for free if I didn't want to pay the $100 deductible for insurance.

Overall well treated and I was surprised the manager stepped in, still a bit disappointed that they won't do anthing about it

deductible? maybe im lucky but i have had the screen changed twice, once because of this and i havent paid a cent.
