if tf3d wont open, go to program files/tf3d config/ and delete the tweaks.xml file. it should open just fine now just without the registry edit options to improve speed. im sure juicy has done the same or similar edits though so i wouldnt worry about it. not sure if it works with tf3d2 but give it a shot.
