its all cool sorry for the retaliation I was in a pretty pissed off mood second replacement ive got for this phone but I got it today new in box which made me very happy because I got new headphones and other stuff. I crushed the old headphones while working out. I also hard reset so none of my contacts it also helps your cause because that is one less thing they check. it also shows you have a lil knowledge about your phone.
