FYI to update anyone who cares, I still have not received my refund. I spoke with them again in March and then in April. The march call said they would refund me within 24hrs, never received it. Then I called in April and they said they sent me a check.
They never said anything about sending a check... I didn't get it anyway. So that day, mid-april, I contacted Bank of America and am currently in the dispute process.
