How is it not? All you have to do to "not include an app" is double click on it in the Kitchen. Set the left Column to "FALSE" and boom, its not going to get added to ROM.
As far as adding, I posted a How-To on the first page, post 3. It's actually quite simple. Drop the OEM you want on top of the EXT_Packages_rebuilder.exe and then take that resulting folder and put it in the <EXT\Herman\COMMON\*> folder. Seems pretty simple to me.

They are in every rom except the BareBones and Basic. They are in the Kitchen as well. I'll get the cab put up, but I don't understand why you need them so badly.

I was able to get 21502 to work - but not this one.
And at one point - i actually let it set there for an hour as I was on a conference call,... it was just nice not having the phone ring for a while!

Odd. I have heard the VZW titan's had a problem getting 21222 to boot. I guess it's a problem with the TP's too. Very interesting. You said you used Full - All CDMA right? Could you try doing BareBones once to see what happens?
