GO to System->Settings->Touch Flo->Clear Type, uncheck the box.
This will also work if your SIP keyboard is borked after installing the Weather Editor 1.1 cab.
Also a Clear Memory will leave your memory card untouched. You can back up your Contacts the normal way through AS. You WILL have to reinstall all of your programs, but it takes less time than you think. Especially if you have the list of wanted tweaks pared down to what you want and not everything youve tried.
