So far so good. I have not had it come around yet. I have been on it now ALMOST 24 hours. It seems the issue would come within the first 24 hours, so once I hit that mark, I will be able to say a defniitive "yes" or "no". If this issue has been resolved with this build, I will be able to fix the 21502 build with a patch release (cab install for device and zip extraction for kitchen).

No. I have not included Rhodium Manila because of the amount of bugs in it ATM. Once it has been proven to be more stable, I will include it. My goal is the release the most stable ROM with the best features possible. I do not want to sacrifice stability for the "latest and greatest". I will be more than happy to include Rhodium Manila in the Kitchen, but I don't think I will build a ROM with it.

7 Megs to be exact. 2.5 Megs of which is the Manila Weather database alone. I have switched to not using Manila at all. Everything I need is in CHome (Titanium) anyway. I am looking at adding more titanium addons to future builds.

This is precisely correct. the 21222 build is actually NEWER than the 21502. If you look at the build dates in the actual SYS files, you will see that 21222 is newer. The 215xx series (MS Internal) has some features the 212xx (HTC branch) doesn't. Examples would be touch-vibrate, SMS sync with exchange. I know there are more differences, but it's really not important. The SMS sync is kind of pointless ATM because Exchange 14 (2010) hasn't been released to BETA yet. It is the only Exchange server to support the SMS sync. Untill it is released to BETA, no one has it installed, therefor, SMS sync on the phone is useless.
