I'm clicking into the calendar (which brings up the WM6 default calendar) and then clicking on a day (while in month view mode) and then clicking/holding on a particular appointment until the context menu comes up. Then I try to click cut or copy and it doesn't do anything. It seems to not register the button press on the context menu, but translates it as a button press on the schedule which is in the background.

If I use file explorer, go to a directory with a movie, then click on the movie, it takes forever to load up and start playing. These are just movies I've taken with my camera.

If im in a program like google maps i hit my home button to show the home screen and then hit menu -> running. This will show all running programs . If you click the X it closes it but if u click the name it switches to it. This in my POV is way faster then using the taskmanager for windows. also more finger friendly let me know...
I wish there was a faster way to cycle through running programs. Maybe there's a way to create a shortcut and redefine the call history button to be the Running Programs shortcut button? I might look into that.

Yep. It's not very common, but it happens occasionally. I'd say at least once a day.
