Intercept works, just not in a version that you have. Testing is VERY VERY slow. I've performed about 2 million Hard-Resets on my phones over the past few weeks. Try to test every or atleast most situations. It involves a lot of registry changes set by other applications, which WinMo doesn't like too much.
