Hmm... All I can think of is the "Read Only" is check under Attributes of the properties of the dll. Just tap & hold the file, select properties, then make sure the "Read Only" box is unchecked. Then you should be able to copy over the file. And once copied over recheck "Read Only" for the dll on your device.
