No go on the fix and they informed me that they no longer had any 6700's to order and would have to replace it with a Mogul. I basically begged them to see about finding a 6700, but they couldn't. When we talked about the issue of the accessories, the manager agreed to throw in an extra battery and a 2 GB micro SD card. So I guess I can live with it.

People who successfully received Mogul as a replacement please specify yoru location. that will help lots of other people.
