Can't agree more about the lack of hardware buttons and the missiong scroll wheel.

I'm def. not liking where HTC is going and I'm not rushing the upgrade to the TP2. It just doesn't have that "wow" factor that came from the Mogul -> TP shift. I mean the major wows from that just were the RAM and the VGA screen to say the least. We had a major RAM pain point on the Mogul and the TP fixed that. Now we're looking at an upgrade that is essentially the same with a removal of HW buttons, dropping the flash, and a slightly bigger screen? I'm not sure it is my cup of tea.

The TP is already a brick as is so a bigger screen will make me feel like I'm carrying two bricks lol. The Touch Pro 2 just doesn't seem to offer any real wow factors for me. All of the software enhancements will come to us via a cooked ROM anyway so what is the rush?

Maybe if you need GSM support, but I don't roam internationally enough to justify another huge drop on the Touch Pro 2. If I did I'd just use that basic GSM phone I have sitting in a box somewhere.
