Oh I know what you mean... Well, tapping on the battery icon will take you to the power settings, and if you are at the rhodium enhanced notification screen you can tap the icon next to the EVDO connection and it will take you to the comm manager at least. Not really sure about any other way around that, personally I still prefer the enhancements.
