Normal for first flash. A lot is going on right off the bat. Flash, initial provisioning of all OS and filesystems, setting up all your stuff, then a hard reset (because its required on all rom flashing), and second setup of everything, then finally, I usually soft reset for good measure. All this makes the phones processor go loko. I would heat up too.

Known issue with WinMo 6.5. ALL 6.5 builds (and I mean EVERY ONE OF THEM) is like this. It's call the "4th down error" in my book. It starts highlighting everything starting with the 4th one down. This is also linked to the scrollbar being somewhat visible. No one has found a fix for this yet. HINT: Press contacts (lower left) to get to your contacts instead of scrolling down.

Dude, I will refrain from commenting on the "drivers" thing. This is not a drivers issue. Are you talking about while inside of outlook, from titanium Email plugin, from Manila email tab? Where are you trying to "open" the email? I have a very large exchange email box where I get an email about once every 15 to 20 mins. I have never had an issue opening one.

I need specific key press combo's and their results. I can't test the issue if I don't know how to reproduce it.
Thanks for all the feedback though! I appreciate it and will continue searching for the pesky fixes.
