HELP! I am new to flashing my phone. I have a Sprint Diamond. I just installed the 4.6.4a 21501 rom. The phone worked fine for a few hours then I performed a soft reset after i changed the settings to make the screen go black on calls (save battery). Now the phone will not start-up.

I got the HTC screen with the red bios info, but the i never get the windows screen. The screen goes black (backlight is still on) and the four bottom keys are lit. I can not perform a hard reset (power, vol down, enter). What should I do?

It was working fine. I did try to search this topic before I asked, so please redirect me if I missed something. Thanks,
