Yes, if you call Sprint and tell them the problem they can send you out a refurbished Mogul overnight free of charge. Or you can go to a store and they may try to fix it but if they can't they will order you a refurbished Mogul. The only time you pay $100 is if you call Asurion. Asurion handles lost, stolen, or damage caused by the user. Wifi is normal wear and tear so Sprint will cover that for free but if you call Asurion they will charge you the $100 regardless but with Asurion they would send you a Touch Pro.
