Try ThrottleLock at
http://www.throttlelauncher.com/port...rottle-lock-06 it will lock when the phone turns on and is very customizable. It works with 6.5.

Also, I'm loving the stock screen lock (especially the way you can unlock and go straight to your specific notification), however I can't figure out how to make it turn on automatically when the phone wakes up, like s2u2. I don't want to have to manually lock it everytime.
