Dude....MDN = Mobile Directory Number aka your phone number....not literally "MDN" (ie
##########@vzw3g.com where ########## is your phone number). I just wanted to make sure you had changed those as well as the settings in Default MIP Profile. And this is not a guarantee...I'm not personally familiar with error 67 right now so I don't know for sure that it is the answer...but the fct you never had a public dmu key/dmu reset (in that order) would definately keep you from getting data
