If y'all are looking for something that allows you to send voice texts that check out Palringo here:

It is a push to talk application that allows you to send voice messages to anyone else who has Palringo. Also allows access to your AIM, Yahoo, etc. accounts.

The 700wx does have some basic voice commands (go to settings/voice command). You can do things like dial, open some programs, etc.
