For the keyboard, there is an option to enable/disable the ambilight sensor...try searching as it has been discussed before.
For the Cubs theme, I would search the theme section, as that is where one would be if available. (I'm pretty sure there isn't one like you are requesting, but there is some programs out there that will create the theme).
