I'm using MightyRom 4.17, so I would assume that it is a modified HTC theme. I haven't made any mods to it with the exception of the glass clock, the corner clock, and changing the home screen background picture through the tf3d settings.
After checking, I still have the B&W slider icons, and they are correctly centered.
