I was running a backup, when all of a sudden I had an incoming call. I did not answer it. The backup froze, so i did a soft reset. Now when i try to do a backup it never begins. The process never starts and i have to do a soft reset to un freeze the phone . I tried removing SPB Backup and re-installing it. Does not work.


Can anyone offer some advice
