Juicy is a ROM cook. ROM cooks chop ROMs into tiny pieces, take stuff out, put stuff in, put it back together, and plop it on RapidShare
. But to answer your question: Juicy takes the best working packages from the latest HTC leaked ROMs and compiles it with some of his own tweaks. And coming soon he'll be sharing his "source" with us in a nice, organized kitchen.
