This is the way I have it structure. I find it easy to organize my themes this way:
1. In your device's \My Documents directory, create a folder called Themes or My Themes (or any other name for it).
2. Download and themes and place them in the directiry you just created. Each theme is a .TSK file, so if you download a zip file, just extract it to your Themes folder.
I find this a little easier an more organized than just dropping the themes in the Windows directory. Also, you themes will be automatically synchronized with your Mogul everytime you connect.
