from everything i've read so far, here are my pros/cons:
pros:
- bigger; higher res screen
- i LOVE the form factor.....centered screen; smaller, better placed front buttons; "tilt" screen.
- "World Edition".....not that i travel outside north america much, but when i do, having to get sh!tty prepaid "burner" phones sucks a big one and i still carry my "backup" WM phone(currently:Mogul) for organizational/wifi access purposes....
- ermmm....thats it....

cons:
- bigger; higher res screen + same processor = sh!ttier performance.....i know, i know...this is speculation as i've never actually played with one yet, but i know from past experience that this is recipe for disaster and i'm suprised that HTC is dumb enough to make this mistake knowing full well the negative feedback they will get.....but hey, maybe they've got something crazy up their sleave....better HW licencing from qualcomm?....drivers that don't suck???
- not enough of a "jump" to justify the $....this is more like mogul -> touch....as opposed to mogul -> tp.

i just can't get excited knowing the HTC(SuperStar) with the NVidia chipset(Tegra) is just around the corner with all signs pointing to it's release in late 09/early 10.......while not announced by any carrier, that i know of(and what carrier in their right mind would announce this if they plan on selling any TP2s), this thing is going to be the real deal...real 3D capability, 1080p output, etc.
I am sooooo pumped for the HTC SuperStar. I just wonder what it's real selling name is though...
