You can actually fix this yourself with relative ease. If you install CHome Editor, it will let you edit the softkey assignments. For the one you're talking about, do the following in the Editor:
First, disable Titanium (It would be nice if CHome warned you about this, but it doesn't.).
Click Menu->Manual Edit Item Values. Click CClock in the lower left pane. Click SK2URL in the lower right pane after it refreshes from clicking CClock.
In the top window, not sure what the stock value is, but you want to put in: \Windows\CommManager.exe
Click Save to Registry. Exit CHome Editor. Enable Titanium. Enjoy your properly functioning softkey.
