At this time 21215 is built a week later the 502. So 21215 is the latest. I have not flashed to test this yet, so I cant make a lot of comments about it.
215 did not have SMS Sync and Touch Vibrations, 502 has both of these. 502 is a MS internal build. and 215 is an HTC Build. So that will give you some idea about what is going on with the files.

Does 21502 have nearly as many changes as 21215 does (refering to those you mentioned yesterday)?
