I figured the same thing... Maybe it is just the ROM...
Windows 6.0 when I opened IE, my options looked "much different" than they do in Windows 6.1, which I found really odd.
So then I tried TodayAgenda, and their options page looked much different as well.
Maybe you are right, it is not the compact the framework, it is something else which is just missing from the ROM... I wonder what it is!
Oh and when i mean different, it is like the thing is so plain and basic looking, where as before it was just a nicer layout? is that the best way to describe it...? lol
