shadow-tech, this worked like a champ my last two phones but now on my third phone I'm having no luck. when I do step 9 " Click on the Device with the same COM port from as the 'HTC Diagnostic Interface' then click OK." the com port doesn't show. So when I go to manually enter it I get a "There was an error enabling COM15. The port may be working properly or may be busy. (214746259)" message. Have you or anyone else gotten this error?

Well as it's already been said; "Well, after posting this, I went back and verified all of my settings one more time. I, of course, discovered that I had not turned on my location settting." How many times will we be see this statment? thanks everyone. Oh, drewcam888 it works on a 6900 too.
