Well my thought on it is this, in every system there are loopholes. When I filed a claim I did have some issues but they could have been lived with. I think I had one once where the spacebar on the keypad didnt work. I didnt feel bad about paying the $50 and I certainly would not feel bad about having to pay the $100 if I had to do it today. For $100 I would feel justified that I paid the fair amount for a used device. Weve all seen the horror stories of devices that come from Asurion. So many people get pissed about the crappy devices they send out. Do you think thier QA/QC will improve just because they doubled thier fees? Nope.
