Maybe it's File Explorer not allowing me to install? Not really sure. I'm not too smart with the PPC's yet, Still working on it :P

I get this error when the program I am trying to update is already running. You could try using
this task manager posted by newpl to stop it, then install the cab. Worked for me with Youtube, even though the sound still dosn't work for me.
I have also updated my post on the first page with info from the last few pages.
