Hrm... unfortunately I am on a 6.5 build right now. Let me check my 6.1 kitchen and see if I can tell if it was left out.

*edit* From what I can tell it looks like the custom weather was included... but I can't confirm right now because I am not using that build any more. You could try to reflash/hard reset... or if you like everything else about it and still can't get the weather... go here and use this tool as a workaround...
