Just got off the phone with sprint I have it fixed. this is a common prob with the phone.
heres the fix
Bring up your dial pad and type ##3282# a screen will come up with 3 choices. Click edit it will prompt you for a password. The password is 0236066. The next screen that comes up the first line will show your active profile. If this is at 0 you need to change it to 1. Do this by highlighting the active profile and at the bottom right click menu and edit. Change the value to one and click ok. it will prompt you to update changes click yes then reset and your phone will be working.
