unless i'm high... which i'm not..... there shouldnt be a cabs folder.... you're getting that from one of the packages you added.... check the xml's and the initflashfiles.dat or initflashfiles.txt files

UPDATE: If I go into the today settings and clear TF3D (manila) and put on the standard today screen then put manila back on, it resets to the phone/camera configuration of the bottom two keys. It seems like either I don't know something, or I flashed it incorrectly.

there should be a cab in one of my tp2 kitchens that disables the program tab... you really need to install it and do away with that tab..... tp2 development has ceased until xboxmob publishes a completely new version.... the only reason it is even in this kitchen is because some of users like it... i'm not one of them
edit.... i just seen your sig so i'm not sure if you are still using the 21042 kitchen... if so the cab should be in on of the folders in the program menu
