Thanks for the feedback everyone. Another related question - What power draw do you guys see regularly? I am checking via no2chem's power and backlight settings page and get the following:

Wake from rest = 113mA (which should be the resting/idle draw since it takes a few seconds for the meter to adjust to any change in draw)
Idle but full backlight = 184mA
Idle with backlight dimmed = 157mA

My battery seems to drain fairly rapidly even when the phone is idle, so I was wondering if this in the ballpark of what others are seeing? All of this is with 3-4 bars of service as well.
