What you're seeing is a built in function of the MS Live on your phone. Go to live.com, sign up for a "space" and then you will get instructions on how to send pictures from your phone to your Live Space, not your sprint pictures account.
I tried it when I first got my mogul in June, but it didn't work very well at the time.
