As I mentioned earlier (I think in this very thread), remove the bitpool and maxbitpool entries ENTIRELY from your registry. Default values throttle the bitrate of A2DP in order to save CPU power at the cost of sound quality.

Take those out, the hissing goes away and sound quality improves.
