Quick Menu is what may be causing the problem or maybe a configuration in advanced config tool....I have total commander, chainfire gfxboost, google maps, htcaddicts cleanram, myphone, inesoft phone, phm registry editor, rpereira blue carbon titanium theme, showaco titanium weather, and tsowen taskbar installed and it's flawless...here's an image of how it looks...
