Store policy is 5 - 7 business days if you can make and receive calls (break the screen and its covered under esrp for free instore replacement as long as there is no damage to the motherboard and no liquid damage). Retention is 2 - 3 busness days, Lockline or assuriane or who ever the hell they are these days is 2 - 3 busniess days as well as a 50 dollar charge. My self personaly i have gone threw about 4 of these phones... they keep falling out of my hand :/
