Found out what the issue was, decided to share if anyone is getting the same error (see screenshot). The new Opera version, 16277 was causing the problem and preventing Marketplace from working. I removed 16277 and added back in 15954 and now it's working fine with no errors! What made me think it was the Opera version was when my IM+ tried to update and it tried to pull up Opera I got the same error and wouldn't let me update. When I made PIE the default, it was able to update fine through that.
