Just switched my wife to her third one last night also. These things are junk! I come from HTC side, 6600-6700-now diamond2, and i have to say I apologize often for telling her to get this phone last year! She hates it, I hate it.....argh! Wish she had waited for the diamond 2 to be out now, anyways......

cable connection loose, won't get signal, won't accept exchange password (this one resulted in a CSR wipping her whole phone including her memory, seems they don't know what a zero reset is, i had to comfort a crying woman after losing hundreds of pics taken of our 18month old son to some 19 CSR that doesn't know what he is doing.) won't hold acharge, gps wont work.....

The latest issue, charging and won't hold a charge, took us 3 trips to the store before they agreed to replace it. They said it was a wear isue and we needed to call and pay $50 deposit. There issue was it wouldn't charge b/c the cable was broken inside b/c of a bad port, she must have ruined it via the cable. I finally get fed up, hook it up to a usb all inight, and sure enough it was just drained to 0, stupid rep. So i go in the next day, show him the cable port isn't bad, since i magically was able to charge it when i didn't use awall charger (palm has a patch for this genius') but they say it's still loose b/c of her, now i explain, the cable I plug into the actual phone isn't loose, they say yes, but the cable IN THE PHONE is..... and thats wear and tear...... ummmm...... i din't take it apart I said, so he says she must have dropped it (even though there are no scartches on it etc. Whatever.

2 weeks go by, 3 hard resets (just b/c the phone sucks in general) the phone won't charge.... red light on, but it just doesn't charge... I bring it in last night explain this is the 2 phone and the third time i've been for it, and i'm tired of it... they check battery, isn't it... i explain I don't want to hear crap about a loose wire b/c it shouldn't have a red light, and sure enough it clicks in the guys head, I actually finally made a valid point in his eye, so i get another one............. man i can't wait until our contract is up.... they shut down most of the repair centers so you have to drive all the way to some store 3 stores away that has one just to be told to pay $50 or upgrade in store..... does verizon have good and more in store repair centers b/c this is getting outrageous!
