It will work with Sprint, but they'll charge you .20 per call forwarded. Another alternative is:

Either way, Sprint will charge you to forward the calls, but Phonetag is basically the same features as Callwave and cheaper. I use Phonetag is it works perfect for what i need it for.

P.S. - I think it's absolutely BS that Sprint charges for that. All the other carriers offer it for free!!
