I expierenced that yesterday when trying to get ICR to work, but quickly scrapped it. You may want to re-flash / hard reset. Mine is working fine...

edit: Yep, diamond dialer is broke. Please revert to a previous at the bottom of post #1 until I get some kitchen time again...OOPS. Take away my gold star....
