I've had succes with this fix for the clock issue.
-open worldclock
-Select you city and move it to the top of the list
-set your city's time, don't set any other timezones
-open settings/ clock and alarms
-set your home timzone to the correct time
-open phone settings/ services/ time sync and uncheck autosync
-reset and you should have the right time
