I would be very interested in this as well. I am watching this thread

Not to hijack, just a slight off-topic question, I wouldn't mind using a very old IBM ThinkPad 2635 as a carputer in this setup. I have to overcome the fact that it doesn't have USB ports. Any ideas? Not something I've researched.
