ALSO ON THE OFF CHANCE ANY HTC EMPLOYEES WELCOME TOO

I have a question for any knowledgeable, with saying that this is geared towards some Sprint people. Is there any way to get rid of all EPST settings? I have a problem where my processes are getting hijacked by Sprint sending modified .dll's through my phone line. It used to be through my EVDO line but when I blocked that, they then started using a remote call Procedure, with very minimal resources, so as to fit seemlessly with in the plethora of OS boot up processes.

I also am in the process of legal procedings because this constitutes a violation of Privacy on so many levels (I will not get into specifics). I have some comrades who have given me some network monitoring programs, and other such programs we have compiled them on an external HD and are trying to intelligibly assemble all of the evidence. It's an arduous process!

Nonetheless I need help. In order to institute some more advanced hidden abilities, I need to erase the settings on my phone, or close the gateway that allows Sprint to send modified .dlls that hijack my processes. I have a few Ideas but If any of the legends can help this would be a monumental achievement to disclosing the methods involved by ISP's in their throttling attempts. To be honest I have'nt even exceeded my allotted bandwith and this is occurring! I can't wait to have my day in court!
